I welcome you to my well-being space located in Passage du Commerce in the city center of Le Mans.

After a DUT in social careers and a DEFA, I worked for more than 25 years in the field of disability, early childhood and families (associations, social center, community of municipalities). And I have always had the psychological and emotional well-being of people at heart.

I decided to make an underlying concern my priority and my profession in its own right.

And it is quite naturally that I trained in different massage techniques: Ayurvedic massage, chi nei tsang, do in, shiastu, senior massages, access bars, palmar and facial reflexology, and massage program at the MISP school.

This imposed itself for me, as a real tool in the service of well-being.

I wish to develop through massages an accompaniment towards a path of connection to oneself, to one's body, to one's image, to regain self-esteem and self-confidence, for a better and fulfilling life.

I offer different services:

wellness massage,

learning workshops for families, schools, groups...
